Anas Style Chicken And Beer Stew |

Nice chicken stew I cook when I don't have time to be in the kitchen all the time. It really cooks by itself. Ingredients:
1 chicken cut in big pieces |
4 onions, chopped |
3 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 bay leaf |
3 tsp paprika |
1 tsp tumerik |
3 tbsp onion soup powder |
6-10 green and black whole peppers |
2 cups beer |
Directions:
1. In a big pan fry the chicken pieces lightly in about 6 tbsp olive oil, just enough to seal the meat. 2. Take the pieces into a plate and fry the onions and garlic in the remaining juices and oil. 5 minutes later put back the chicken pieces and add seasoning and onion soup powder. Stir to blend the spices together and add the beer. 3. Let it cook slowly (low heat) with the lid on. |
