An Oatmeal Poached Egg

This is a great study food- very easy to make but filling
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup water or 1/2 cup milk
1 egg
butter, to taste
all purpose greek seasoning, to taste
Directions:
1. mix the oatmeal and the water in a microwave safe bowl.
2. microwave on high for just over a minute (I'm sorry, I only have a dial on my micorwave).
3. stir.
4. hollow out a hole in the center of the oatmeal.
5. gently break the egg into the hole.
6. microwave on high for about a minute, depending on how you like your yolk.
7. add butter and seasoning to taste.
