Amys Tuna Noodle Salad

If you like a good ole' tuna casserole and lots of veggies and pasta then you will love this creation I've come up with.
Ingredients:
1-2 cans tuna (white albacore works best)
2 cups uncooked pasta (small shells or macaroni work great)
1/3 cucumber (chopped into chunks)
1/2 medium tomato (diced)
1 large carrot (skinned and chopped into small pieces)
1/3 cup sliced black olives
1/3 cup sliced green olives
3 sweet midget pickles (sliced thinly)
1/2 small onion (minced or finely chopped)
1/2 cup salad dressing (miracle whip or no name)
salt and pepper to taste
***any other veggies you like or would like to subsitute
Directions:
1. Boil the pasta (about 10 minutes)
2. While pasta is boiling do the prep. work for your veggies
3. Drain nooles and rinse with cold water until pasta is cold
4. Add salad dressing and salt and pepper
5. Mix well
6. Add all the chopped veggies to the pasta
7. Add the tuna to the mix
8. Wah-Lah!
