Italian Style Pasta Salad, great for picnics
Ingredients:
16 ounce of pasta
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 carrot, grated
1 cup italian salad dressing
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Toss in large bowl with all veggies. Add salad dressing.
3. Add extra vegetables, if you desire.
4. Refrigerate a few hours before serving or overnight, if possible. The longer it marinates, the more flavorful it becomes. Enjoy!
5. For variations, you could add chopped or sliced olives, shredded parmesan or mozzarella cheese, or add chopped ham or pepperoni.
