Delicious, easy homemade enchilada sauce. Ingredients:
3 cups tomato sauce |
3 cups water |
3 tablespoons flour |
3 garlic cloves, diced |
2 teaspoons salt |
3 teaspoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne or 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. 2. Heat until thickened. 3. Can be doubled easily. 4. Freezes nicely. |
