This hodge-podge mix of veggies is a great compliment to many meals.
Ingredients:
0.333 (6 1/16 ounce) bag baby spinach
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
4 mushrooms, sliced
1 ounce cranberries
1 summer squash, shredded
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
Directions:
1. Mix all together.
2. Top with oil and balsamic vinegar.
