I found this recipe in the local newspaper. Looks easy, will post a review after I make it tonight! Ingredients:
1 cup apricot preserves |
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix |
1 (8 ounce) bottle russian salad dressing |
6 chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the apricot preserves, onion soup mix, and Russian dressing. Arrange the chicken breasts in a large 9 x 13 inch casserole. Pour the sauce over the chicken . Bake covered with foil in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 to 20 minutes. |
