An easy, warm wonderful fall/winter recipe from my friend Amy. Ingredients:
4 cups diced apples (i used golden delicious) |
2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2 beaten eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix apples and sugar. 3. Add oil, eggs and vanilla. 4. Stir. 5. Add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt and stir. 6. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 for 50-60 minutes. |
