Recipe from my friend Amynah
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
6 slices bread
butter, to toast
Directions:
1. Beat together eggs and all masalas.
2. Remove crusts from bread slices. Dip them in the beaten eggs.
3. Toast using little butter or ghee in medium flame to cook.
4. Serve hot.
