One bite and your hooked Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced crosswise |
1 small red onion, sliced thinly |
2 tbls. sugar |
4 tbls. apple cider vinegar |
2 tbls. mayonnaise ( i have also substituted sour cream) |
Directions:
1. Place cucumbers in a strainer and let sit for an hour or so 2. Mix sugar, vinegar, and mayo together 3. Put cucumbers and onions in bowl 4. Add dressing and blend 5. Chill |
