This is a dessert bread that you share a starter with a friend.
Ingredients:

Directions:
1. Starter
2. 1 package active dry yeast
3. 1 cup milk
4. 1 cup flour
5. 1 cup sugar
6. Do not use metal bowls or spoons and do not refrigerate.
7. To Start:
8. Dissolve yeast in small amount of warm water. Mix all ingredients
9. together
10. in ample size bowl or jar (it will grow)
11. Day 1 Take fermented starter in ziplock bag. Do nothing! Put bag on
12. counter.
13. Day 2 Squeeze bag several times.
14. Day 3 Squeeze bag several times.
15. Day 4 Squeeze bag several times.
16. Day 5 Squeeze bag several times.
17. Day 6 Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup of milk. Squeeze bag

20. Day 7 Squeeze bag several times.
21. Day 8 Squeeze bag several times.
22. Day 9 Squeeze bag several times.
23. Day 10 In a large non-metallic bowl, combine batter with 1 cup milk, 1
24. flour and 1 cup sugar. Mix with wooden or plastic spoon. Take four one
25. gallon ziplock bags and pour 1 cup of starter in each.

27. To the remaining batter:
28. in a bowl, add: 1 cup vegetable oil
29. 2 cups flour
30. 1 cup sugar
31. 1/2 cup milk
32. 1 teaspoon vanilla
33. 1/2 teaspoon salt
34. 2 large eggs
35. 2 boxes vanilla pudding
36. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
37. 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
38. In a separate bowl, mix 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 3 tablespoons sugar,
39. sprinkle into well greased pans before batter. Bake at 325* for 1 hour
40. or until done. REMEMBER: Do not refrigerate starter! As air builds in
41. the bag, let air out. It is normal for the batter to thicken, bubble
42. and ferment.
