Amish Bread for the Bread Machine |

This bread is very light and airy. It is due to the fact the bread is put through the rising cycles twice. Ingredients:
18 tablespoons water (1 1/8 cup) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup oil |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 3/4 cups bread flour |
1 teaspoon yeast |
Directions:
1. Add ingredients in order given. 2. Select basic bread cycle. Let it go until the bread completes the 2nd rising. Then turn off the machine and restart it on basic cycle again. 3. Let cook as normal. |
