Amish Baked Oatmeal

My sister made this oatmeal for me and I loved it. Eat it all right away though because it's not nearly as good when it's reheated.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
warm milk
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well.
2. Spread evenly in a greased 9X13X2 baking pan.
3. Bake at 30 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
4. Immediately spoon into bowls; add warm milk.
5. Top with ffruit or brown sugar.
