This is a great dip that serve's many people. It's healthy and soo good!!!
Ingredients:
2 cans black beans, drained
2 can (summer crisp) corn, drained
1-2 diced onion
1 cup of oil
1/2 to 3 4 cup of white vinegar
2 pkgs of dry italian seasonings dressing mix
3 diced tomatoes
6 green onions diced
4 avacado's, diced
cilantro
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a large bowl and refrigerate until ready to eat!!
2. Serve with tortilla chips

4. I don't always add the avacado after a day or so it gets mushy. depends on how fast you eat it up!!
5. It does make a lot.. sometimes I only make 1/2 a batch.
