It is a nice, easy, quick meal that's great for diabetics like myself! As far as I know it has not already been invented! Ingredients:
8 ounces whole wheat spaghetti |
salt (as much as needed) |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 ounces low-fat milk |
16 ounces velveeta cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook the box of spaghetti, sprinkling a teaspoon of salt into the pot with the spaghetti, until tender. 2. Strain the spaghetti; add the butter and milk; once dissolved, turn heat to low and add all of the cheese. 3. Stir until cheese has completely melted. 4. Enjoy! |
