When I visited Cananda a chef gave me this easy recipe, the kids will especially love it! Ingredients:
3 x 250ml flour |
3 x 15ml sugar |
pin of salt |
3 x 15ml baking powder |
3 x eggs |
3 x 250ml milk |
little bit of oil |
Directions:
1. Mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder togehter. 2. Mix the eggs and milk with the dry ingredients. 3. Add a little bit of oil, and mix well. 4. Bake in a hot pan. 5. Enjoy with Maple Syrup. |
