American Heart Association Turkey Loaf

This is a fast easy weeknight meal that is also heart healthy
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped shallot
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup no-salt-added tomato sauce
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350.
2. combine everhting but tomato sauce.
3. mix well.
4. mld turkey mixture into a loaf pan.
5. bake 45 minutes.
6. remove from oven, pat dry with paper towels.
7. warm tomato sauce in microwave 1 minute and then drizzle over loaf.
