Lately I have been into recipes from the American heart association because of my bad heart. This one is great for lunch or a snack Ingredients:
12 1/4 ounces albacore tuna, drained |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon anchovy paste |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 cup diced red onion |
1/4 cup chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingridients and chill until ready to serve. |
