Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (8 ounce) box elbow macaroni |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 jar tomato sauce (with or without meat) |
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Prepare elbows according to instructions on box. 2. In a large skillet, brown beef, along with peppers and onions. 3. Drain grease. 4. Add elbows and tomato sauce to beef mixture and blend well. 5. Top with mozzarella and serve. |
