Ingredients:
6 medium oranges |
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted |
1/2 cup flaked coconut |
1/2 cup chopped dates |
1/2 cup grand marnier |
Directions:
1. Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each orange so orange will sit upright. Cut a 1-inch slice from tops of oranges. Gently remove orange pulp, leaving shells intact. Remove seeds; chop pulp. 2. Combine pulp, almonds, coconut, dates, and Grand Marnier; mix well. Spoon mixture into orange cups; chill thoroughly. |
