Fron my Yahoo group ricecookers . Ingredients:
8 peaches, peeled |
3 large oranges, peeled |
1 medium cantaloupe, pulp of |
1 lemon, peeled |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
3/4 cup sugar (for each 1 cup of fruit) |
Directions:
1. Chop all ingredients fine. 2. Put oranges through food chopper. 3. Combine all with 3/4 cup sugar for every 1 cup of fruit. 4. Mix well and let stand overnight. 5. Next morning, gently cook mixture 1 hour, stirring frequently. 6. Pour into hot jars and seal. |
