Growing up, I could always count on my mother serving this salad at every family get-together. Holidays, barbeques, you name it, she served it. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows |
3 cans mandarin oranges drained |
1 cup shredded coconut |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 jar maraschino cherrys drained & cut in half |
crushed nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and toss gently. 2. Refridgerate 2-3 hours (overnight is better) 3. Sprinkle with crushed nuts before serving. |
