A classic - I added just a bit of cinnamon to it this time. Ingredients:
20 oz pineapple, drained |
11 oz mandarin oranges, drained |
1 1/2 cups grapes, cut in half |
1 cup mini marshmallows |
1 cup coconut |
1/2 cup chopped nuts (i use pecans) |
3/4 cup cool whip -- partially thawed |
1/2 banana (per serving) |
Directions:
1. Combine all the fruits (minus the banana), nuts, coconut, marshmallows. 2. Whip through the Cool Whip, then fold into the fruit mixture. Chill. 3. Serve in a dish and stir into each dish half a sliced up banana into the mixture. (This prevents the banana from getting mushy or brown - if you don't care mix it in at the beginning!) |
