Ingredients:
1 (1 ounce) package fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 (15 ounce) can fruit cocktail in juice, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges in juice, drained
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
2 cups sweetened coconut
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip free
Directions:
1. Mix first five ingredients together in a big bowl.
2. Fold in cool whip.
3. Refrigerate.
