An old secret recipe that can be used for anything! dressings for salads and slaws, or sauces for burgers! Marinate some chicken or pork in it for a nice tangy treat! If using as a marinade for chicken, I find it helps to use more EVOO than normal, it helps keep the chicken moist. This dressing will hold in the fridge for 1-2 weeks, but is best when used within 24hrs. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon white vinegar |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon parsley |
1/4 teaspoon basil |
1/4 teaspoon ginger |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon dill weed |
Directions:
1. Whisk everything together until well incorporated. |
