Amazingly Decadent Toffee Coffee Brownies |

I came up with these while having a sweet tooth today. Two servings - One to eat and one to share! They are really yummy!! Ingredients:
1 stick margarine |
3 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 teaspoons instant coffee(i used instant toffee flavored cappuccino) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup heath bar chips(or reasonable candy bar) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil. Spray with non-stick spray.
3. Set aside.
4. In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave margarine and chocolate on HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate is melted; Stir until smooth.
5. With wire wisk, beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
6. Stir in flour, salt, instant coffee granules and cinnamon until blended.
7. Stir in toffee chips.
8. Spread into prepared pan
9. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
10. On wire rack, cool completely.
11. Using foil, lift brownies onto cutting board.
12. To serve, cut into squares and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
