Amazingly Creamy Sour Cream Cheesecake!

This is an amazing cheesecake recipe! It was given to me by someone very close to me that has passed away and since his passing, I have many it many many times. Every time I have made this recipe, it is gone by the end of the day! This recipe is made for one pie but usually I double the recipe to make two.
Ingredients:
1 pckg graham cracker (i get the box of pre-crushed kind to save time)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
9 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. ~~~Crust.
2. Preheat to 350 degrees.
3. Crush graham crackers and add 1/4 C sugar.
4. Melt 1/4 C butter and mix together.
5. Press in pie pan and bake 5 minutes.
6. Remove and let cool.
7. ~~~Filling.
8. Beat cream cheese until completely smooth.
9. Add 1/2 C sugar and mix until creamy.
10. Add 1 egg and 1 tablespoons vanilla.
11. Beat until creamy.
12. Pour in crust and bake 15min.
13. Remove and let cool 10min.
14. ~~~Topping.
15. Mix sour cream, 4 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla together and pour on top of cooled cake.
16. Bake 5 minutes.
17. Take out and let cool.
18. Refrigerate overnight.
