Use a coffee mug for measuring ! Ingredients:
400 g dried fruit |
1 mug hot black tea |
1 mug brown sugar |
2 mugs self raising flour |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. Pour hot tea over fruit. 2. Mix all other ingredients in large bowl. 3. Add fruit and tea. 4. Pour batter into greased, round cake tin. 5. Bake 160 C for 1 1/2 hours. |
