Amazing Pumpkin-Cream Cheese Pie |

I look forward to Thanksgiving every year just so I have a reason to eat this pie! The spices can be replaced with 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice if desired. Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese |
1 tablespoon milk |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 1/2 cups cool whip |
1 cup cold milk |
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin |
2 (4 ounce) packages vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients together with a wire whisk until smooth, adding cool whip last. 2. Spread on crust. 3. Mix together remaining ingredients and spread over cream cheese mixture. 4. Refrigerate 4 hours and top with remaining cool whip. |
