Great as a dip or even goes great in a wrap or sandwich, as a substitute for mayo. Ingredients:
2 cans name brand garbanzo beans |
2 tbsp garlic paste or crushed garlic |
8 oz philly cream cheese |
1 tbsp oregano/ italian seasonings |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Boil your garbanzo beans about 10 minutes, until soft. 2. Drain, place in bowl, mix with electric mixer. Add in the rest of the ingredients until creamy. |
