                    Uses a fruit wine instead of water to cook cranberries. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 lb cranberries  |  
                                                1 cup sugar  |  
                                                1 cup fruit wine (raspberry and strawberry work well)  |  
                                                sugar, to taste  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Bring wine to a boil. 2. Stir in sugar. 3. Add cranberries. 4. Stir regularly. 5. Cranberries will  pop  and mixture will form a sauce. 6. Continue cooking until sauce thickens. 7. Add more sugar to taste. 8. Can be made with 1/2 cup wine and 1/2 cup water.                              |
