A very simple recipe which can usually be made with the ingredients that are probably sitting in your pantry. It's been a favorite of mine for years and is always a huge hit whenever I make it. I've given this recipe to more people than I can remember. Ingredients:
1 package yellow cake mix |
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix |
4 eggs |
1 1/3 cup mashed ripe bananas |
1/3 cup oil |
1/2 cup water |
3/4 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp nutmeg |
1 tsp vanilla flavoring |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Spray bunt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Mix together cake mix, pudding mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, and bananas.
4. Add in water, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
5. Pour into prepared pan and bake for approximately 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
