This is a very creamy, tasty, EASY dip that works well served with crackers or tortilla chips. You can also add 1-2 cups of thawed frozen spinach for an extra twist. Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, chopped |
1 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip) |
1 cup sour cream |
1 (12 ounce) package shredded parmesan cheese |
garlic salt |
paprika or parsley (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Bake in a large casserole dish at 350 for 30 minute 3. Best when served hot. 4. Enjoy! |
