Ingredients:

2 1/2 ounces amarula cream liqueur

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

2 -3 teaspoons strawberry puree

Directions:

1. Blend ingredients and pour into a martini glass.
2. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
