Ingredients:

1 ounce de kuyper green creme de menthe

1 1/2 ounces amarula cream liqueur

6 scoops vanilla ice cream

1 chocolate chip cookie

3/4 ounce cream

3/4 ounce milk

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender with crushed ice.
