From Bar None. Amarula Cream Liqueur and Butterscotch Schnapps, streaked with Blue Curacao-Pretty.

Ingredients:

2 ounces amarula cream liqueur

1 ounce butterscotch schnapps

2 ounces cream

1 dash blue curacao

Directions:

1. Combine Amarula, cream and schnapps in a shaker with ice. Shake until cold.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass and pour a dash of blue curacao down two opposite sides of the glass using a teaspoon.
