From Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
1/2 medium onion, chopped |
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1/2 cup amaretto |
1/2 cup slivered almonds |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Continue to heat until the milk solids begin to brown. Add the onion and saute until they begin to brown as well. 2. Add shrimp and saute until they curl and turn pink, 2-3 minutes. Add amaretto, almonds and salt. Saute another 2 minutes. Serve over jasmine rice. |
