This is a wonderful topping for pound cake or ice cream. Ingredients:
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package french vanilla pudding mix (cook and serve, not instant) |
1 cup milk |
1 (8 ounce) carton whipping cream |
1/4 cup amaretto |
Directions:
1. Cook pudding with the one cup of milk according to the package directions. 2. Cover and cool until it reaches room temperature. 3. Using a wire whisk, stir in whipped cream and amaretto until well blended. 4. Serve over cake slices or over ice cream. |
