These are yummy cookies. Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup butter, softened |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
2 eggs |
1 tablespoon amaretto liqueur |
2 teaspoons almond extract |
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut |
1 cup sliced almonds |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Combine four, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. 3. In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in eggs, amaretto and extract. Reduce speed to low; beat in flour mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut and almonds. 4. Drop dough by heaping measuring spoons on large, ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden around edges. |
