Great over a chocolate cake or with vanilla icecream.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of whipping cream.
1/2 lb of semisweet chocolate, chopped.
1 tablespoon of amaretto liqueur
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a simmer. Remove from heat. 2. Stir in the chopped semisweet chocolate until it is melted and mixture is smooth. 3. Stir in the liqueur.
