If you like chocolate and amaretto then you are gonna love these, they're always a hit at parties and family / friends gatherings... Ingredients:
1 box family size brownie mix |
1/2 cup cooking oil |
1/4 cup water ( i use 1/4 cup amaretto) |
2 eggs (use 3 eggs for cake like brownies) |
1 teaspoon almond extract |
Directions:
1. Combine brownie mix, oil, amaretto, eggs and almond extract in a large bowl; stir 50 strokes with a large wooden spoon. Spread in a prepared 13 x 9 pan, I use non stick cooking spray.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 28 - 30 minutes. For a dark coated pan bake at 325 degrees.
3. Cool completely and frost with chocolate amaretto butter cream frosting.
