Amaretti dessert for the grown ups =) This recipe is a unique idea for something to do with that yummy amaretti liquer, and to make it better! enjoy! Ingredients:
16 amaretti cookies |
6 ounces amaretto liqueur, 4 shots |
8 scoops french vanilla ice cream |
whipped cream |
1/4 cup slivered almonds |
Directions:
1. crumble 4 amaretti cookies into each of 4 desssert cups and douse them with the liqueur. Top with ice cream, whipped cream and almonds. easy peasy lemon squeezy =).
