Ingredients:
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon curry powder |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 cups minced cooked chicken |
1/2 cup blanched almonds, chopped |
2 (16-ounce) loaves white bread |
pimiento strips (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients, mixing well. Add chicken and almonds; mix well. 2. Remove crust from bread, and cut into rounds with a 2 1/2-inch cookie cutter; slice each round in half, and spread with chicken mixture. Garnish with pimiento strips, if desired. |
