An awesome raw pate recipe from my good friend Amanda. Ingredients:
2 cups cashews or 1 1/2cup almonds (soaked for 8 hours) |
salt or miso paste (to taste) |
lemon juice ( from 1 lemon) |
olive oil (to desired consistancy) |
fresh herbs (ie. cilantro, parsley, dill etc.) |
garlic or onion |
optional - cumin, maca, kelp powder |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to food processor 2. mix well 3. enjoy |
