I have always loved meatloaf but my hubby and kids were never crazy about it until I discovered this recipe. The name is exact because it is always perfect. Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef |
1-14 oz. can evaporated milk |
1 pkg. onion soup mix |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F 2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. 3. Consistensy will be thin. 4. Put 2 or 3 pieces of loaf bread in bottom of a large loaf pan or you can use 2 smaller loaf pans, the bread will help soak up the excess grease. 5. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. |
