I found this recipe in the new Best of Bridge - Bravo!
Ingredients:
2 cups white basmati rice
4 cups boiling water
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Place rice in a large bowl and cover with cold water; let stand for 30 minutes. Drain and rinse well under cold water.
2. Place rice in a large saucepan and add boiling water and salt; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 3 minutes, then remove from heat.
3. Keep covered and let rice steam for 10 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Fluff with a fork.
