Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
2 1/4 cup(s) bread flour |
1 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar |
1 egg yolk |
1 eggs, beaten |
1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt |
2 tablespoon(s) milk |
2 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips |
1/4 cup(s) sugar |
2 stick(s) unsalted butter |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375. Melt butter in saucepan on low heat. Sift together flour, salt, soda and set aside. Pour the melted butter in the mixer bowl. Add the sugars. Cream the butter and sugars on medium. Add egg, yolk, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Slowly incorporate flour mixture. Stir in chips. Chill the dough then scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet and bake 14 minutes or until golden brown. |
