Altered to have lower calorie ingredients Ingredients:
2 eggs |
3 egg whites |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
2 teaspoons splenda |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
14 tablespoons cool whip, fat free |
4 cups strawberries, sliced |
Directions:
1. Measure all ingredients in to blender jar; blend for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides. Blend for 15 seconds more. Cover and let sit for 1 hour. (This helps the flour absorb more of the liquids.) Makes 12-14 crepes. 2. Recipe Variations: 3. For a Sweeter crepe: 4. Add 2 teaspoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. 5. For a Chocolate crepe: 6. Add 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce to sweet crepe recipe. |
