24 medium mushrooms |
1/4 cup butter |
1 envelope lipton onion soup |
3/4 cup bread crumbs-plain |
1/2 cup chopped almonds, sliced |
1/3 cup sherry |
2 tbsp melted butter |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Remove stems, chop stems and melt butter in skillet and add stems. 2. Add everything to sherry and then add sherry last. 3. Fill the mushroom caps. 4. Brush with butter and sprinkle with cheese. 5. Broil for 5 minutes. |
