This recipe is super easy and absolutely delicious! Perfect to impress party guests at your next gathering or perhaps a gourmet pizza night! Ingredients:
1 (6 1/2 ounce) package alouette garlic & herbs spreadable cheese |
ready-to-use pizza crust |
20 medium shrimp, cooked and peeled |
3 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons toasted pine nuts |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 450°F. 2. Spread Alouette® Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese on pizza crust to within 1” of edge. 3. Drain shrimp on a paper towel to remove excess moisture and artistically arrange shrimp on pizza. 4. Bake 8-10 minutes. 5. Remove from oven and dot with pesto sauce (a squeeze bottle works well). 6. Sprinkle with pine nuts. 7. Cut into 8 slices and serve immediately. 8. Two 4 oz. pkgs. of Alouette® Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese may be used in place of one 6.5 oz. pkg. |
